1950
The first school snow trip
At the heart of the hamlet stands a gem: the Val Soleil chalet. It was here, in 1950, that Praz-sur-Arly hosted the very first “classe de neige” in history, a school trip to the snow created by teachers from Paris.
Now renovated, it houses 7 apartments. Around it, 18 chalets have been built, as stunning as they are comfortable.
